# Legal & Company Information

Tamora's legal and company pages are linked from the footer at the bottom of every
page, so you can always find them without hunting for a link buried in a menu.

## The pages

| Page | What it covers |
| --------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Privacy Policy (`/privacy`) | What personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, who else sees it, and your rights under UK data protection law |
| Terms of Service (`/terms`) | The terms of your account and subscription, including how to cancel and when a refund applies |
| Cookie Policy (`/cookies`) | Which cookies we use today, and why |
| About (`/about`) | What Tamora is, and our company details |
| Contact (`/contact`) | How to reach us for support or a legal enquiry |

> **Some contact details are still being finalized.** The company name and registration
> number on the About page are real (Infracto, company number 16917772). The contact email
> address and our ICO data-protection registration number are shown as placeholders while
> that information is being set up. Everything else on these pages, including your rights and
> how cancellation and refunds work, is complete and accurate today.

## Signing up

Creating an account includes one explicit step beyond email and password: a checkbox
confirming you want immediate access to the service and understand this means giving up
the usual 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase of digital content. This is a
requirement of UK consumer law, not a Tamora policy choice — the Terms of Service
explain the mechanics in full, including that it does not affect your right to a repair,
re-supply, or refund if the service is not working as it should.
