USE CASES
The stage manager's laptop, the follow-spot operator's monitor and the sound desk's screen all have to agree to the second, and a devised piece with forty cues does not survive them reading three different numbers. One server-side clock removes the argument entirely, and it travels with the show rather than staying bolted to one venue's rig.
A twenty-minute changeover does not survive a hardware timer nobody remembered to pack, or a laptop that needs resyncing after the last act's engineer unplugged it. Open the same link on whatever screen the stage already has, and the get-in clock is running before the truck is unloaded.
A floor manager needs the countdown where the talent can see it, and the vision mixer desk needs a completely different view — not the same screen mirrored twice. Controller and monitor are deliberately separate surfaces, so the person calling the show never has to look at what the audience is meant to see.

Does it integrate with my existing rig, or is it another box to run?
It's a browser tab, not a box — open it on whatever's already driving your displays. No SDI, no extra hardware, nothing new to patch in.
Can the controller and the on-stage display show different things?
Yes — controller, stage display and monitor are separate surfaces by design. Cueing the next segment from the desk never puts your interface on the screen the audience sees.
Is there anything to install?
No. It runs in any modern browser on whatever's already in the rig — laptop, tablet, or the venue's own display.
What happens if the venue's Wi-Fi drops mid-show?
Each display reconnects on its own and re-reads the current state, so it catches up rather than freezing or showing a stale count.
How many screens can I run off one show?
As many as the venue has. Every screen opens its own link and reads the same server-side clock, so adding a display costs nothing.
Do the crew need accounts to use the displays?
No. Only the person running the controller signs in — every stage display and monitor is a link with a QR code.
